Job Description

Job TitleAccountant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and handling billing, taxation, and reporting activities using Tally software.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally
  • Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliation and cash handling
  • Maintain GST, TDS, and other tax-related records
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Handle payroll and expense tracking
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and documentation
  • Coordinate with auditors and management when required
  • Required SkillsKnowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
  • Familiarity with GST and taxation
  • MS Excel and computer proficiency
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills
