Accountant/ Accounts Executive

What You Will Do

• Maintain day-to-day accounts on Tally or Zoho Books
• File GST returns independently — GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B every month
• Handle TDS entries and basic compliance records
• Record all income and expenses accurately and on time
• Process staff salaries and maintain monthly salary records
• Track and manage office expenses, petty cash, and vendor payments
• Maintain stock in and out records — office supplies, consumables, and property inventory
• File and organise all bills, invoices, and financial documents
• Generate monthly expense and financial reports for management
• Coordinate with vendors for invoices and payment follow-ups
• Support general office administration tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in accounting or finance
• Must be able to file GST returns independently (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP or Zoho Books — non-negotiable
• Working knowledge of TDS
• Good with MS Excel and Google Sheets
• B.Com / BBA Finance / M.Com preferred
• Organised, reliable, and strong attention to detail
• Good English — comfortable coordinating via WhatsApp and email
