Accountant/ Accounts Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountants/ Accounts Executives to support the day-to-day finance and accounting operations for one of our reputed clients in the Agri Industry.

The ideal candidate should have a Commerce background (B.Com / M.Com /) and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a structured environment with exposure to complete accounting cycles and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

💰 Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR):

• Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
• Manage customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
• Track outstanding balances and prepare ageing reports.

📊 Accounting Operations:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain proper ledgers.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Assist in bank reconciliations, journal entries, and expense tracking.

🧾 Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all entries are properly supported.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.
• Coordinate with auditors for data submission and query resolution.

🤝 Coordination & Reporting:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/customers for timely financial updates.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports and share updates with management.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Experience: 3–4 years in accounting, with exposure to AP(Accounts Payable) or AR(Accounts Receivable) (or both).

✅ Qualification: B.Com / M.Com – mandatory.

✅ Industry Preference: Candidates from Agri, FMCG, or Manufacturing background preferred.

✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.

✅ Other Requirements:
