Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage both company accounts and inventory. The Accounts & Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the efficient management of inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:



Accounts Management:



Maintain and update company’s financial records.



Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable.



Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.



Process payroll, tax filings, and other financial compliance activities.



Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.



Assist in preparing for audits and liaising with external auditors.



Analyze financial data to assist management in decision-making.





Inventory Management:



Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records, tracking stock levels, purchases, and sales.



Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.



Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking of inventory.



Optimize inventory levels and manage reorder points to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.



Implement inventory control processes and best practices to reduce losses and waste.



Analyze inventory reports and provide insights to improve operations.





Collaboration & Reporting:



Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations between finance and inventory control.



Prepare periodic reports on accounts and inventory status for senior management.



Provide recommendations for improving financial and inventory practices.





Requirements:



Proven experience in accounting and inventory management.



Strong knowledge of accounting software and inventory management systems.



Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.



Excellent organizational and communication skills.



A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.



Experience with financial reporting, tax filings, and compliance regulations.



Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with ERP or other integrated business systems.



Prior experience in a similar role in a manufacturing, retail, or wholesale environment.
