Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts cum Civil Work Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in both accounting or civil work coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling routine accounting activities while coordinating civil projects, vendor interactions, and site-related work. The role requires flexibility to travel across India based on project requirements.


Key Responsibilities


Accounts

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Process invoices, vendor bills, payments, and expense statements.
  • Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain records related to GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.


Civil Work Coordination

  • Coordinate civil construction, renovation, and maintenance activities.
  • Follow up with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Assist in site inspections and monitor project progress.
  • Verify work completion, measurements, and contractor bills.
  • Prepare and submit project status reports.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–2 years of experience in both accounting and civil work coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and Telugu are must.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and vendor management skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.


Travel Requirement


Must be willing to travel anywhere within India based on business and project requirements.
