Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries accurately.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Generate GST reports and support statutory compliance.
• Assist with TDS, payroll coordination, and monthly financial closing.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and documentation.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience (startup or SME experience is an advantage).
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
• Experience using accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or similar ERP systems.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, responsible, and eager to learn.
