Job SummaryTin Spices is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 1–4 years of experience to manage daily accounting activities, billing, payment follow-ups, GST-related work, and financial records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries.
• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain GST invoices and support GST filing work.
• Track expenses, purchases, sales, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment updates.
• Prepare basic MIS reports as required.
• Requirements1–4 years of experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
• Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, and taxation.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain records accurately.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or any relevant accounting background preferred.
