Job Description
- Handle administrative and office coordination work
- Manage records, data entry, documentation, and communication
- Coordinate with parents, teachers, and management professionally
- Handle admissions inquiries and follow-ups
- Assist in organizing school events, activities, and campaigns
- Manage social media pages, promotional posts, and basic marketing activities
- Coordinate outdoor tasks, vendor visits, printing, and promotional activities when required
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Use basic computer applications such as MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, etc.
- Maintain professionalism, responsibility, and timely task completion
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and local languages preferred
- Basic computer and social media knowledge required
- Ability to multitask and work responsibly
- Willingness for occasional outdoor work and travel
- Prior experience in administration, marketing, school operations, or customer handling is preferred
