Job Description

We are looking for a professional and organized Administration Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a welcoming experience for customers and visitors.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Welcome and greet customers, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about the company and services.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documents in an organized manner.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents as required.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office environment.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
