Job Description
We are looking for a professional and organized Administration Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of the office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a welcoming experience for customers and visitors.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and greet customers, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about the company and services.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents in an organized manner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents as required.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office environment.
- Support management with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
