Job Description – Academic Career Counselor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Career Counselor to join our team. Candidates should have experience in the education or training industry and must possess excellent communication and counseling skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel students and job seekers regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.

Guide freshers and graduates in choosing the right career path based on their interests and skills.

Explain course details, placement opportunities, and career growth to students and parents.

Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.

Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure proper support throughout the training process.

Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, batches, and student activities.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Educational Institutes / Training Institutes / Career Counseling.

Excellent communication and convincing skills are mandatory.

Positive attitude with active and energetic personality.

Ability to handle students and parents professionally.

Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Experience:

1 to 3 Years

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Qualification:

Any Degree / MBA Preferred
