Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various environments. Collaboration with different teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentforce.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, AI Agents and Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
