As an Analog Layout Engineer, a typical day involves designing the physical layout of analog circuits with careful attention to component placement and routing to achieve optimal circuit performance. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the review and validation of analog layout designs to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers by providing guidance and support in layout design techniques and best practices.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and testing teams to address any layout-related issues and optimize production yield.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout.
- Strong knowledge of analog circuit design principles and their impact on physical layout.
- Experience with layout tools and software used for analog circuit design.
- Understanding of parasitic extraction and its influence on circuit performance.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate signal integrity and power distribution challenges in analog layouts.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability and testing considerations in analog layout.
