Throughout the day, the Application Designer engages in discussions to refine requirements and ensure that the solutions developed effectively support business operations. This position requires a thoughtful approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering applications that enhance efficiency and user experience within the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate application requirements.
- Document and communicate design specifications clearly to development teams.
- Support the testing and validation of application designs to ensure they meet business needs.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application design principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Experience in designing and developing integrations within enterprise application environments.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application design and implementation.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and best practices in software design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
