Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the applications. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous oversight to maintain project momentum and deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals. The Application Lead also facilitates communication across departments to address challenges and optimize application performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application design with business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management systems and their configuration.
- Experience in application lifecycle management including design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
