Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments to ensure seamless operations and support for critical business functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive problem resolution and system improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
