Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to Oracle Financials modules.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex application issues within financial systems.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
