Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between the client and the system or application. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to provide high-quality support, accurately defining client issues and designing effective resolutions based on your extensive product knowledge. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and system performance, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving within application support.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
