Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Architects & Interior Designers to design and plan spaces that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.

- Key Responsibilities:

  - Design and develop interior plans, designs and colour themes.

  - Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies

  - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

  - Develop and manage project budgets and timelines

  - Ensure compliance with contemporary designs and themes

  - Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders during the process

-Design and develop interior spaces, including furniture layout, color schemes, and materials

  - Conduct site analysis and space planning

  - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

  - Develop and manage project budgets and timelines

  - Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment

  - Ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards

- Requirements:

  - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture & Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field

  - Relevant experience in interior design and project management

  - Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and finishes

  - Excellent communication and project management skills

  - Proficiency in interior design software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
