Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven Field Sales Manager who can generate new business opportunities by meeting clients in person, pitching our services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
Meet potential clients (SMEs, startups, corporates) to present company services
Sell services including:
Website Development
Mobile App Development
Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.)
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in field sales / B2B sales (preferably IT services)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to close deals and handle objections effectively
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
Basic understanding of web, app, and digital marketing services
Preferred Skills
Experience in selling IT services or digital marketing solutions
Existing network of business contacts
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly revenue generation
Number of client meetings conducted
Conversion ratio (leads to clients)
Client retention and repeat business
