Assistant Manager – Field Sales

Location: Hyderabad

 

Job Summary

 

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Field Sales to lead and manage a team of Field Sales Officers (FOS). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in field sales, team handling, lead generation, and executing BTL activities to drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Sales Officers (FOS) to achieve sales targets.

Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and provide on-ground support.

Plan and execute BTL activities such as apartment campaigns, society activations, corporate tie-ups, canopy activities, roadshows, and local marketing events.

Drive customer acquisition through field sales and direct sourcing activities.

Recruit, train, coach, and mentor FOS team members.

Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, and target achievement.

Ensure timely reporting of daily field activities and sales MIS.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, corporates, and local business associates.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline

4–8 years of experience in Field Sales.

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling an FOS/Field Sales team.

Proven experience in BTL marketing and field activation activities.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
