Job Description
Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, vet, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, vendor contracts, MOUs, and master service agreements) from initiation to closure.
Compliance & Governance: Monitor and ensure company adherence to statutory requirements, labour laws, and corporate regulations across multiple operational locations in Hyderabad.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Support senior management in handling legal notices, civil/consumer disputes, and liaising with external legal counsel to resolve cases effectively.
Risk Assessment: Proactively identify legal and operational risks in business proposals and recommend appropriate risk-mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Provide day-to-day legal advisory support to various departments (e.g., HR, Finance, and Operations) and ensure cross-functional alignment with legal standards.
Experience: Typically 3 to 8 years of corporate legal, contract management, or law firm experience.
Exceptional legal drafting, strong commercial awareness, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills.
Preferably from Telecom Industry
