We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Instructional Designer 

Responsibilities 

• Analyse and understand client requirements completely 

• Write according to the learner needs and characteristics 

• Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content 

• Create detailed design with macro and micro design strategies; create an effective content outline 

• Develop training content for all forms of training based on design - eLearning’s, ILTs, SOPs 

• Comprehend complex content and present it in a clear manner, easy for the end use to comprehend 

• Summarize information into crisp newsletters/articles 

• Create innovative storylines for business information 

• Work with the Graphic Designer and Programmer to visualize corporate elements 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualification 

• Graduation in any discipline 

Preferred qualifications 

• Experience in core instruction design 

• Strong attention to detail is required 

• Knowledge and hands-on experience of:
