Assistant Manager (SA2) - D&A PTM

 Roles & responsibilities 
Support alignment of application functionality with methodology standards, organizational needs, and stakeholder preferences; provide expert analysis and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product features.
Embrace creative thinking and drive continuous improvement in application requirements and processes.
Identify and address issues in the product development process related to content and incident resolution.
Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA processes, coordinating with testing teams and aligning test plans with business requirements.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
•Technical Proficiency: Ability to develop in-depth knowledge of the application, including its architecture, functionality, and underlying technologies. 
Demonstrated expertise in product management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Prior experience in the SDLC using tools such as JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical experts, and leadership.
Strong analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities, with a user-centric approach to diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
Ability to conduct product discovery for complex initiatives, working across departments to de-risk projects, assess feasibility, and assemble business cases
