Assistant Production Supervisor

1.     Daily Work Planning for fitters, welders, turner, buffer and helpers.

2.     Make Drawings for Components after checking their dimensions.

3.     Seeing that the planned work is executed by all.

4.     Fabrication Inspection.

5.     Machinery Components Inspection

6.     Final Assembling Inspection

7.     Checking of electro Polishing& Zinc Painting material

8.     Checking when the material is being packed.

9.     Ensure that the production is done as per the dispatch check list.

10. Raw Materialchecking.

11. Vital Statistics to prepare for tables (detailing each component / motors used , size, etc installed during the production of table.

12. Checking of Credit Bills by ratifying if the material has been received as per the quantity mentioned in the invoice and also writing what is this material will be used for.

13. Monthlyraw material planning as per the monthly production checklist.

14. Hardwareplanning as per the monthly production checklist.

15. Follow up of the materials as per the indents raised.

16. Machinemaintenance to take care.

17.  Follow Up for other works from outside

18. Trouble shooting the mechanical problems in tables by sending fitters for the same.
