Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team, achieve business targets, maintain client relationships, and assist in daily sales operations. The candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Roles & Responsibilities:Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain good client relationships.
- Support and guide the sales team in daily activities.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential clients.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and business growth.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and field activities.
- Attend meetings, client visits, and promotional activities when required.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide proper support.
