Associate Analyst, Integrated Field Insights & Analytics, supports the generation of analytical insights for Field leadership. The role focuses on executing analytical workflows, supporting data analysis, and assisting in translating data into actionable insights. The Associate Analyst works under guidance to deliver high-quality outputs while building foundational technical and domain expertise.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·       Supports analytics delivery for Field GTM and Deployment projects by executing predefined analyses and contributing to project deliverables

·       Performs data extraction, cleaning, and basic exploratory analysis

·       Assists in building and maintaining analytical models using established methodologies

·       Synthesizes outputs into structured summaries to support insight generation

·       Ensures timely delivery of assigned tasks with high accuracy

·       Collaborates with team members to contribute to project outputs

·       Supports documentation including templates, SOPs, and checklists

·       Actively participates in knowledge-sharing and learning initiatives

·       Communicates progress and flags risks proactively

Essential Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Analytical field / Life Sciences / Engineering or related

·       0–2 years of experience (including internships)

·       Exposure to analytics or data-related work

·       Basic understanding of healthcare/pharma is a plus

·       Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python preferred

·       Strong willingness to learn
