Job Title: Jr. Associate, Associate I, II - Contract Management Analyst 

Job Location: Hyderabad 

Shift Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST should be willing to work from office (mandatory) with global working windows. 

Job Overview: The Contract Administration Associate is responsible for working on Contractual Agreements which includes end-to-end contract life-cycle management, ensuring that pricing and contract terms are correctly reflected accurately across systems. The role includes creating new contracts, contract updates/maintenance, performing audits, and ensuring correct pricing for bundles, packages, and templates. The associate also collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, uphold pricing accuracy, and ensure compliance with contract standards. 

Experience: 

 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, contract pricing, or a related field. 

 Experience with Oracle/SAP/Any other ERP systems and knowledge of contract life-cycle management is highly desirable. Technical Skills: 

 Proficient in using PC applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

 He/she should be proficient in Advanced Excel, SQL Queries and Power BI with the ability to build dashboards/run reports. 

 Analytically strong and attention to detail and able to maintain data confidentiality

 

Job Description: 

 Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner. 

 Will be responsible for working on Contract management, Pricing, Item code management and all other queries related to Contract Management and Master Data Management. 

 Conducts audits of newly created contracts, ensuring pricing aligns with contractual terms and making any adjustments. 

 Process requests for creating, editing, or rationalizing component codes, packages, bundles, and job type templates following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

 Analyze active component codes and confirm that regional pricing has been set up for each. 

 Process pricing requests, update Suggested Retail Pricing (SRP) and costs, and identify cost impacts for necessary adjustments. 

 Run SQL queries as per the business requirement and Develop Power BI dashboards. 

 Run Monthly reports, validate, audit and report out based on business requirement from onshore partners

Skills and Competencies: 

 Proficiency in contract management systems and related tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in contract maintenance. 

 Solid understanding of pricing structures, contract terms, and data management practices. 

 Ability to interpret, implement, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

 Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including Sales and Third‑Party Billing. 

 Analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify issues, resolve discrepancies, and maintain pricing integrity. 

 Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment

 

Academic Background: Any bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
