Associate II – HR Operations 

Work location: Hyderabad 

Experince: 2-4 Years Shift:12.00 Pm –9.00 PM

• Conducting full cycle onboarding and offboarding process 

• Conducting employee lifecycle changes • Ensuring qualitative data records(Excel) management and proper management of the contractual fields 

• Checks for Onboarding and Offboarding employees within our HR and IT ensure grating/deactivation of access following start/end dates 

• Ensuring company frameworks and approval process is followed 

• Completing background check process • Assisting in letter generation for various HR processes 

• Supporting the delivery of other HR processes across various locations • Prepare periodic HR reports, headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.

 • Working on Process/ Policy Documentation

PG: MBA(Preferred) 

UG: Any Graduate
