Job Description
CONDUCTING INTERNAL AUDIT OF VERIFICATION OF ACCOUNTS IN ALL ASPECTS, WRITING LETTERS TO BRANCHES, CROSS INQUIRY OF THE ACCOUNTS WITH THE BRANCH STAFF, PREPARATION OF BRANCH AUDIT REPORT, MIS REPORTS AND SUBMITTING THE REPORTS TO THE MANAGEMENT, KNOWLEDGE IN TRANSPORT/LOGISTICS FIELD COMPLIANCE TO STATUTORY AND REGULATORY ACTS CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE ACCOUNTS KNOWLEDGE, HAVE WORKED IN AUDIT DEPARTMENT FOR CHECKING AND ;ANALYSING THE ACCOUNTS AND COLLECTION RECEIPTS OF EXPENSES, CHECKING OF EXPENSES AS PER THE COMPANY NORMS, MAINTAIN THE DIRECTORS TRAVEL REPORT, COMPANY ASSESTS REPORT, KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTABILITY OF ACCOUNTS DEBITED AND CREDITED, CHECKING THE POSTING OF ACCOUNTS INTO THE APPROPRIATE LEDGER ACCOUNT. SHOULD HAVE MS-EXCEL, MS-WORD, KNOWLEDGE, PREPARING MIS REPORTS.
