Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and proactive AutoCAD Draftsman cum Estimation & Inquiry Executive who can prepare technical drawings, BOQs, quotations, and handle customer inquiries professionally. The candidate should possess strong technical drafting skills along with communication and coordination abilities to support the sales and execution teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAutoCAD & Drafting ResponsibilitiesPrepare 2D and basic 3D drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Develop layout drawings, sectional drawings, shop drawings, and technical detailing as per project requirements.
• Modify and revise drawings based on client or management feedback.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams for drawing approvals.
• Maintain drawing records and documentation properly.
• Estimation & Quotation ResponsibilitiesPrepare BOQs and quantity estimations based on drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for customers.
• Coordinate with procurement and technical teams for pricing and material specifications.
• Ensure timely submission of quotations to customers.
• Inquiry Handling & Customer CoordinationHandle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online portals.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned department.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations and project discussions.
• Maintain inquiry and quotation records in Excel/CRM systems.
• Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory).
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and estimation.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Preferred QualificationsDiploma / B.Tech / ITI in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field.
• Experience in construction chemicals, sports flooring, waterproofing, industrial flooring, or related industries will be preferred.
• Performance ExpectationsPreparation of accurate drawings within timelines.
• Submission of quotations within the specified turnaround time.
• Proper follow-up and closure of customer inquiries.
• Coordination with internal teams for smooth project execution.
