Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Bancassurance Manager to drive insurance sales through bank partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with bank branches, generating insurance business, training bank staff, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branches.
• Drive life insurance/general insurance sales through the bancassurance channel.
• Generate leads from bank customers and convert them into sales.
• Conduct joint sales calls with bank officials to acquire new customers.
• Train and motivate bank staff on insurance products and sales processes.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Required SkillsStrong sales and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of insurance products and banking operations.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in Bancassurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Agency Sales, or BFSI sales.
• Prior experience working with banks and financial institutions is an added advantage.
