Banking Cum Finance Operations

Job Summary

The Executive – Banking Operations & Loan Processing will be responsible for managing loan documentation, file preparation, and coordination with banks/NBFCs for timely processing of loan proposals. The role requires strong financial understanding, accuracy in documentation, and effective follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. To reduce existing cost of finance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Loan File Preparation & Documentation

•            Prepare and maintain loan application files for working capital, term loans, and project finance.

•            Collect and organize required documents such as required by various finance institutions

•            Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and updated before submission.

2. Coordination with Banks & NBFCs

•            Act as a single point of contact between the company and banks/NBFCs., finance institutions

•            Coordinate with relationship managers for:

o            Loan proposals

o            Documentation requirements

o            Sanction status and approvals

•            Follow up regularly to ensure timely processing and disbursement.

3. Loan Proposal Management

•            Assist in preparation of credit proposals and CMA data (Credit Monitoring Arrangement).

•            Support in structuring loan requirements based on business needs.

•            Track status of multiple loan applications and maintain records.

5. Documentation & Compliance

•            Ensure compliance with banking norms and regulatory requirements.

•            Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) of all loan and banking documents.

•            Keep records ready for audits and internal reviews.

6. Reporting & MIS

•            Prepare reports on:

o            Loan status and pipeline

o            Disbursement tracking

o            Interest and repayment schedules

•            Maintain MIS for management review.

7. Follow-ups & Issue Resolution

•            Proactively follow up with banks for pending approvals or documentation gaps.

•            Resolve discrepancies in loan files and documentation.

•            Coordinate internally with accounts, sales, and management teams.

Key Skills & Competencies

•            Strong understanding of banking and finance processes , to have good knowledge about fintech tools , latest fintech solutions to manage finances & operations .

•            Knowledge of loan documentation and CMA preparation

•            Good communication and negotiation skills

•            High attention to detail and organizational ability

•            Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data handling

Qualifications & Experience

•            MBA in Finance (Mandatory)

•            5-7 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or finance operations
