Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare coffee and beverages as per standard recipes
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment
  • Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
  • Take customer orders and suggest menu items
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station
  • Monitor stock levels (coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.)
  • Handle billing/POS if required
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quick service


Requirements:


  • 1–3 years of experience as a Barista
  • Knowledge of brewing techniques (espresso, latte, cappuccino)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for coffee and hospitality
