Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Chai Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare high-quality tea and other beverages while maintaining cleanliness, consistency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tea, coffee, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the beverage preparation area.
  • Handle tea-making equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when supplies are low.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with customer orders and provide friendly service when required.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth café operations.
