Job Description
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Bidding & Proposal Manager who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding process, preparing competitive proposals, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate tender / bidding opportunities from portals and clients.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within deadlines.
Coordinate with sales, technical, and finance teams for proposal preparation.
Review tender documents, RFPs, and RFQs to understand client requirements.
Prepare cost estimation, quotations, and proposal documents.
Maintain proper documentation for bids, proposals, and contracts.
Follow up with clients regarding proposal status and clarifications.
Support the sales team in negotiation and deal closure.
Back End Sales Executive. Should have good extensive knowledge and hands on experience of min 2-3 years in Tendering. The candidate should participates in bidding and coordinate and manage the process of submitting bids for a company that participates in competitive bidding be well versed in using both Online E procurement portals like GEM
