Job Description

  • Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.
  • Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
  • Processing credit memos.
  • Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
  • Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
  • MIS reports like Sales Reports, Inventory Reports.
  •  
  • Making bills and through cash or card 
  • handing opening and closing balances 
  • at last closing the account and doing the card and card tally. Submit to the accounts department.
  • Requirements and skills
  • Any Graduate with billing experience.
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
