Branch Sales Manager - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) - Nagole - Vasantha Arcade - J Grades
- Responsible for managing branch sales operations focused on secured business loans, specifically Micro LAP (Loan Against Property). - Oversee and drive sales targets, customer acquisition, and relationship management within the assigned branch. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closure of loan applications. - Manage branch-level staff and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Focus on business growth in the Nagole area and surrounding regions. - Requires strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and understanding of secured loan products. - Candidate should be capable of working in a dynamic sales environment with a focus on secured lending products.Job role
