Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, a typical day involves offering advisory services that blend business agility with technology innovation to support organizational transformation. This role requires engaging with clients to help them adapt swiftly to changing market conditions and enhance their competitive edge. The practitioner collaborates across various teams and stakeholders to foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring that the organization remains responsive and resilient in a dynamic business landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology units to drive transformation initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to build capabilities in business agility practices.
- Continuously assess organizational processes and recommend improvements to enhance agility and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Business Architecture, Business Agility.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Requirements Analysis, Business Architecture, Business Agility.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and discussions to gather and validate business requirements.
- Familiarity with organizational transformation frameworks and methodologies that support business agility.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
