Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, identifying customer requirements, and defining future business solutions. You will assess the current state of operations and work towards optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Document business processes and create detailed specifications for system enhancements.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter BA.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.
- Ability to create detailed documentation and specifications for business solutions.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
