Job Description
Department: Corporate Strategy / Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: CEO
Job Summary:
The incumbent shall be responsible for driving cross-functional coordination among Sales, CRM, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Customer Experience, and Management teams. The role focuses on improving business processes, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns, optimizing lead management, enhancing customer experience, and supporting revenue growth across Real Estate and Hospitality businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Coordination & Process ManagementAct as the central coordination point between Sales, CRM, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Operations teams.
- Ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and sales initiatives.
- Establish and monitor business workflows and operational processes.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
Sales & CRM Management
- Monitor lead generation, lead allocation, follow-up activities, site visits, and conversion ratios.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and adherence to follow-up timelines.
- Analyze sales funnel performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
Digital Marketing & Creative Coordination
- Work closely with digital marketing and creative teams to plan and execute campaigns.
- Ensure marketing creatives, content, and promotional materials align with business objectives.
- Track campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Coordinate project launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Business Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, marketing, CRM, and operational data.
- Present business insights and performance reports to management.
- Recommend strategic initiatives based on data-driven analysis.
Customer Experience Management
- Monitor customer journey from enquiry to booking and post-sales support.
- Identify customer pain points and improve service delivery.
- Ensure effective coordination between CRM and operational teams.
Strategic Planning
- Support management in business planning and growth initiatives.
- Assist in developing annual business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Business Analytics, Operations, or Strategy preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Retail, or Service Industries.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and business processes.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing, sales operations, and business analytics.
