We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst - Supply Chain Analyst 

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and publishing reports. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform monthly and quarterly statistical forecasting for service parts and perform various relevant analysis & reporting as required by business time to time 

• Continuously improving forecasting techniques, method, and approach towards optimizing inventory and their distribution 

• Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy 

• Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future 

• Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 

• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.  

• Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry 

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. 

• Consistent process enhancements with new ideas 

• Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards and best practices 

• Support the Project coordinator for operational excellence and exceeding KPI targets. 

• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum qualifications: 

• Strong analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data  

• Sound knowledge MS-Excel 

• Logical reasoning and Problem-solving abilities 

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload to meet deadlines 

• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 

• Has experience in presenting updates with business leaders/stakeholders 

• Excellent verbal and written communication 

Preferred Skills 

• Experience with supply chain visibility platforms. 

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). 

• Experience with SQL.
