Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can enhance value for the organization. This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology by shaping operating models and supporting transformation initiatives. Throughout the day, collaboration with cross-functional teams and guiding the implementation of key projects are essential to ensure successful delivery and sustained business improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Assist in the development of strategic roadmaps that align with organizational objectives.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to develop and document business cases to support transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with operating model design and implementation methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
