*Role Overview*  

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to acquire SMB customers through field sales. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from cold calls to closing long-term deals with HR and decision-makers.

*Key Responsibilities*  

- Attend daily team stand-ups and sales briefings  

- Conduct daily in-person meetings with HR/decision-makers of SMBs  

- Log all meetings in CRM in real-time. Only CRM-logged meetings will be considered  

- Consistently achieve monthly closures and revenue targets  

*Requirements*  

- Graduate or above  

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales  

- Background in Online Payments, E-commerce, Internet, or Software Product industries preferred  

- Strong skills in SMB Sales, B2B Sales, cold calling, lead generation, and negotiation  

- Must have a bike and valid driving license  

- Age: 22 to 35 years
