Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Open Positions: 30+
Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives to drive sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Candidates should be comfortable with field work / telecalling / lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through calls, field visits, and references
Convert leads into paying customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Explain company products/services to clients
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
Maintain sales reports and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
Minimum Any Graduate / Intermediate
Freshers / Experienced (0–3 Years)
Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)
Willing to work in field sales / inside sales
Target-oriented mindset
