Job Description
Job OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth for our CRM platform. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients—introducing them to our CRM, presenting tailored online demonstrations, and closing the sale.
- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Outreach: Actively connect with prospects via phone, email, and professional networks to introduce our CRM solution.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, solution-oriented online demos (via Zoom/Meet/Teams) to show how our CRM solves the client's business pain points.
- Deal Closure: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and guide the client through to the final payment and onboarding stage.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads, meetings, and sales statuses in our internal system.
- Requirements & SkillsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or software/SaaS sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting on camera.
- Sales Drive: Proven ability to handle the entire sales cycle from cold connection to closing payments.
- Tech-Savvy: Fast learner who can master our CRM features and navigate online meeting tools effortlessly.
