Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage in business development activities and assist team with the stacking.

• Setting up meetings with key decision makers to introduce Address Advisors and Initiate

discussions to understand their real estate requirements.

• Build and maintain excellent Landlord/Developer relationships.

• Support the team to effectively execute and conclude transactions.

• Engage in calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, and timely submission of company proposals

internally.

• Articulate reports as per internal team requirements

• Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant properties in the industry.

• Working alongside the team leads to gaining knowledge on Hyderabad real estate.

Other Attributes:

• Knowledge of Hyderabad geography or ability to grasp.

• Research and connect with prospective clients.

• Open to travel within the city

• Good communication skills – written and spoken.

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point

• Self-Starter, resourceful, confident, well organized, highly dependable, and efficient and detail oriented.
