Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience in B2B sales/business development.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or IT services (if applicable).
  • Experience with lead generation tools and LinkedIn outreach.
