Job Description
Business Development Executive (Sales & Client Coordination)
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
* Identify and develop new business opportunities for signage, branding, fabrication, digital display, and advertising solutions.
* Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and client meetings.
* Meet key decision-makers to understand project requirements and business needs.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
* Negotiate and close business opportunities while maintaining profitability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, builders, educational institutions, hospitals, retail chains, and commercial establishments.
* Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Project Coordination
* Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, and Site Execution teams for smooth project delivery.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per client expectations.
* Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Billing & Collections
* Coordinate with clients for invoice approvals and payment processing.
* Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing-related issues.
Performance Targets (KPIs)
* Drive business growth through effective lead generation and client acquisition.
* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and healthy conversion ratio.
* Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
* Support timely project execution and payment collections.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
* Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
