Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad.
Experience: 1–5 Years
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth for our Recruitment, B2B, and SaaS services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo, email marketing campaigns, and outbound sales strategies targeting decision-makers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation platforms to identify and engage target prospects.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of potential clients.
- Research target companies, key decision-makers, and hiring trends.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences to nurture prospects.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales leadership team.
- Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to align lead-generation efforts with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and meeting-booking targets.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements for better conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience selling or generating leads for B2B services and/or SaaS products.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Sales Development.
- Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing and outbound prospecting strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Experience in Recruitment/Staffing, HR Tech, SaaS, or IT Services industries.
- Experience targeting North American markets is a plus.
