Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth for our Recruitment, B2B, and SaaS services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo, email marketing campaigns, and outbound sales strategies targeting decision-makers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation platforms to identify and engage target prospects.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of potential clients.
• Research target companies, key decision-makers, and hiring trends.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences to nurture prospects.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales leadership team.
• Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to align lead-generation efforts with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and meeting-booking targets.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements for better conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience selling or generating leads for B2B services and/or SaaS products.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Sales Development.
• Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing and outbound prospecting strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
• Experience in Recruitment/Staffing, HR Tech, SaaS, or IT Services industries.
• Experience targeting North American markets is a plus.
