Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting revenue expansion. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills to help expand the organization’s customer base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media, and field visits
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into customers
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos with potential clients
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions/services
- Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle client objections professionally
- Market Research & Strategy:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
- Develop growth strategies aligned with company goals
- Track industry developments and customer demands
- Support pricing and proposal strategies
- Revenue Growth:Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize conversions
- Reporting:Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, meetings, and conversions
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Present pipeline and business development progress to management
